At LumionArt, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return or exchange, please contact info@lumionart.com. We typically respond within 24 hours.

Return Conditions

Returned artwork must:

• Be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Be in its original condition.
• Be securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Custom Artwork

Custom paintings (including personalized sizes, colors, or special requests) cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, as each piece is created exclusively for you.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email info@lumionart.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will arrange a FREE replacement and handle the courier claim for you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork.

• PayPal / Shop Pay: Up to 3 business days
• Credit Cards: Usually 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
