Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time includes two stages:
1. Processing Time
Each artwork goes through order verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging before shipment.
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days.
2. Shipping Time
After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes:
- United States: Approximately 7–12 business days
- International Orders: Approximately 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local courier services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder.
International Orders
For international shipments, customs procedures or local regulations may occasionally cause delays.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
